What messages do we send to our students? As an educator, I have all sorts of ideas about what I believe my students should hear and see throughout their academic day. This morning, I discovered a post from Dr. Lori Desautels, Assistant Professor in the School of Education at Marian University, that I’d like to share because I believe she gives three simple rules that get to the heart of what students (really) want to hear from their teachers:
