As we begin each academic school year, we do so with lots of hopes and dreams and plenty of nervous energy. However, by the mid-year mark, we still have a way to go in achieving all of the goals that we made when the school year began. While thinking about my own school year (so far), I discovered a great reminder of how important it is to ponder and (if necessary) reset goals in order to finish the school year strong. Remember, it is okay to make adjustments to goals once they have been set. It is never okay to allow goals that are not working for you to keep you from having a great year.
