Dan Pink: The Puzzle of Motivation

I recently rediscovered a TedTalk by Daniel Pink that I decided to share because he deals with a very fascinating topic – motivation. What truly motivates us? Is it the promise of a reward or incentive? Or are we motivated by disapproval, happiness, or maybe even sorrow? What truly motivates one human being from another is an age-old question that we may never be able to answer. Pink, I think, gives us things to consider as it pertains to motivation especially in the workplace. Enjoy! tlb
