The Hour of Code 2016 is coming! It will take place again this year during Computer Science Education Week so mark your calendars for December 5-11.
If you’ve never participated in the Hour of Code it was designed to demystify code to show that anyone can learn the basics of coding. Schools who participate in the Hour of Code start with a 1-hour coding activity; however, these activities can be used to expand student learning across other disciplines throughout the week. Since 2013, the Hour of Code has grown in popularity in schools across the country.
