Inspiring Educators Who Inspire Future Leaders

Post Debate: My Wish for the World

After watching the second presidential debate last night, I woke up feeling tired and a bit perplexed by the state of things in the world. While I was happy the debate did not turn into a shouting match, what I really wish for is a simple conversation about the direction moving forward for the country. I woke up feeling this way until I got to the office and discovered a link with a note from a friend that simply said: “Please share this message with others.” The link was to the Inspiration Lab from the National Association of Independent Schools. The link took me to a post from September 16 sharing what students from Ranney School wish for the world.

Just like me students from Ranney School wish for a world with more kindness, peace, happiness, enough food for the poor, laughter, no more war, and even ice cream. What do you wish for the world? tlb
