Fellow administrators if you are like me, one of your goals each day is to get out of the office and into the classroom. While this may be a goal, the reality can sometimes be very challenging given the day-to-day responsibilities of most administrators. While this list is not extensive, I do believe that developing these qualities can help any administrator better juggle those important moments during the day. Ultimately, I believe time spent in the office and in the classroom should be meaningful; therefore, my best advice is to make the most of your time with faculty, students, and parents during the day. tlb
