I had to share Grant’s latest blog post for anyone going through the rebranding process in their school. I’ve been through the process once before and during the process; we looked very closely at our mission/vision statement to help “align the core values of the school with new organizational and programmatic initiatives.” Likewise, I also like Grant’s piece because I believe the key to a fully functioning organization is its ability to get its people behind the mission so that they become the ultimate ambassadors selling the mission and vision of the school. tlb
