Happy 3.14159265358979323846264 Day!: 7 Classroom Resources for Learning Pi|Edutopia

On Friday, March 14 – Students around the country will spend the day exploring the amazing world of Pi. As teachers in every grade level plan their activities, I’d like to share a diverse list of useful resources from the folks at Edutopia.

Using a variety of resources, students can learn all about Pi by searching Pi using number combinations. You can also learn about Pi by viewing Pi in groups of 10 to 1000 digits. There are so many possibilities when teaching Pi because it is an “irrational number, continuing infinitely without repeating.” I hope everyone has a great day on March 14 delving into the mysteries of Pi. tlb
