Willing to Learn

What do future leaders need in order to succeed? This is such a complex question primarily because of the evolving nature of leadership. No matter the complexity of the question, I do agree that tomorrow’s leaders must be today’s learners. The notion that leaders are lifelong learners has never been more important than it is today. So when creating a list of attributes for leadership, let’s make sure “willing to learn” tops the list. tlb
