Failure is Never Fatal

I have a great love of sports especially football. However, one of my favorite quotes comes from legendary UCLA basketball coach, John Wooden. As an educator, this quote speaks to me because it highlights three points that I stress with my students: success is fleeting, be courageous in everything you do, and don’t let failure keep you from taking risks (or trying something a second time). tlb
