Failure – Not a Weakness

I discovered this great photo today while reading blogger Vicki Davis’ Every Classroom Matters series @ www.coolcatteacher.com. This simple reminder that failure is not a weakness resonated with me and I hope it resonates with other educators. It is essential that we help students, of all ages, understand failure comes with every success because I believe without failure we accomplish nothing. tlb
